Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping unless otherwise specified.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

2. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet the following minimum order values (after discounts and before taxes):

If the order total does not meet the threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are required by law to declare the full value of the merchandise on the customs form. We cannot mark items as “gift” or undervalue them.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is unclaimed, refused, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to us. We will issue a refund for the merchandise minus original and return shipping costs. To have the order reshipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping fees.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s). We will assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims must be reported within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions (e.g., sanctioned countries). If your location is not supported at checkout, please contact our customer service.
